I help ease the overwhelm and worry of dealing with the routine admin of everyday life that becomes more difficult as we age, assisting with everything from managing household and personal paperwork, subscriptions and utility renewals to creating filing systems and dealing with service providers. I help older people get online, navigate the internet and improve their digital skills so they can independently email, shop online and manage bills. I provide guidance on staying scam free and secure online and help seniors discover the many fun, entertaining and educational doors the online world can open.
I offer in-person and remote support in private homes and retirement communities where my support helps foster independence and connection, improves skills and confidence and helps maintain cognitive health.
